Yfat Ben Refael M.Sc. is an OT at ‘Israel Elwyn,’ Head of Health professionals team in the occupational training and retirement department in the north district, manager of the V-Job project, and a lecturer at the Occupational Therapy Department of Ariel University. Yfat has above eight years of experience with people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and co-morbidity (communication, sensory, and motor disabilities) in the field of employment. She trains Occupational therapists and speech therapists in the area of cognitive accessibility and alternative augmentative communication topics. Yfat is currently managing a novel Video Modeling (VM) project for people with disabilities in the employment field, opening access to the VM tool and its therapeutic method to both professional teams and direct caregivers.
